Arrival & departure

Rooms & apartments at the Garnhof:

  • Arrival after 2.00 pm
  • Departure by 10.00 am

Griesslhütte:

  • Arrival by 2.00 am (as you travel up to the chalet by lift)
  • Departure by 9.00 am

Zauchenseehütte:

  • Arrival after 2.00 pm
  • Departure by 9.00 am

If you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm, please let us know in advance.

Inclusives
  • Extensive breakfast buffet mainly with farm produce included in room stays (on request bookable with apartment stays)
  • Bed linen, hand & bath towels in accommodation at the Garnhof. In our self-catering chalets you should bring your own bed linen, towels and & dish cloths.
Wi-Fi

At the Garnhof Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge.

Baby equipment

We're happy to provide cots and highchairs in our rooms and apartments for our younger guests.

Guest card

You receive the Flachau Summer Card when you stay for 2 nights or more, which offers a variety of advantages, such as free admissions, participation in the activity programme. In winter you receive the Salzburger Sportwelt Card.

Bread roll service

We're happy to provide fresh bread and rolls every morning in your apartments and the Zauchenseehütte (pre-booking required).

Parking
  • Garnhof: car park on the farm
  • Zauchenseehütte: parking spaces in front of the chalet
  • Griesslhütte: in summer you can drive up to the chalet and park there. In winter you travel up to the chalet on the lift, we'll deliver your luggage. Please, therefore, arrive by 2.00 pm at the latest. 
Non-smoking accommodation

The Garnhof and our two self-catering chalets are non-smoking accommodation. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors.

Dogs

Dogs are permitted on request. Supplement: € 10,00 per dog/night (without food).

Reductions for children
  • Children under 4 years sharing their parents' room: free of charge
  • Children from 5 to 7 Jahre: – 50%
  • Children from 8 to 12 years: – 20%
Resort tax

Prices are excluding resort tax.

  • Garnhof & Griesslhütte: € 2,00 per person over 15 years per night
  • Zauchenseehütte: € 1,50 per person over 15 years per night
End of stay cleaning fee

According to accommodation  (apartments and chalets) and season period.

Short stay supplement

For stay of under 3 nights we charge a supplement of 10%.

Conditions of payment

In order to confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit to our bank account.

The remainder should be paid in cash on the day prior to departure at the latest. We do not accept debit or credit cards.

Please note that also in the event of early departure the agreed holiday sum will be charged.

Travel insurance

Unfortunately the unexpected can always happen and you are unable to go on holiday, arrive later or have to cut short. Therefore, we recommend you take out holiday insurance, e.g. European Holiday Insurance.
